Matthew Elliott Kopfler is the Chef de Cuisine & creative force behind Elliott’s New Orleans Catering Co. A born and bred New Orleanian, Chef Matthew is classically trained, having received his education at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. Between both the knowledge gained at the world’s premier culinary college and the experience of cooking in several world-renowned New Orleans kitchens, he brings innovative dishes to the table that are a direct reflection of those roots and a refined palate.

Barcelo Gardens is a teaching garden and Fresh produce market in 9th ward.  We both grow our own produce and supplement from local farms.
